Our Essendon Outlet store, is seeking Seasonal Sales & Stock Associates to deliver a unique shopping experience through excellent customer service in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment. These casual seasonal roles will support our store teams throughout the busy holiday season.

What You Will Be Doing:
Deliver exceptional service to our customers
Assist with special services including gift wrapping, gift registry, deliveries and furniture orders
Efficiently and accurately perform register transactions
Utilize effective selling techniques to build multiple sales and increase productivity
Support with visual merchandise presentation, signage, and lighting
Uphold store and stockroom maintenance and cleanliness standards.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
Experience in retail sales ideally in specialty retail and/or homewares
Strong organisational and communication skills
Be able to connect to customers through service and selling.
Enjoy being part of a team as well as ability to work independently
Be available to work from October 2026 – February 2027
Have availability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays and provide availability during store trading hours throughout the seasonal period.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to be mobile in the store and back-of-house areas, including standing for long periods
Ability to climb ladders and use other equipment in line with safety standards
Ability to lift and mobilise medium to large items, up to 30kg, while utilising appropriate equipment and safety techniques
