NSW Health is seeking a Senior Social Worker with expertise in bereavement, grief and loss for a temporary, part time position at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital. This role is 1 day per week until 8 July 2027, with a possible extension.
You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering end-of-life social work interventions for patients and their families, and contributing to assessments, case management and discharge planning.
