St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker for the Community Re-entry Support Service. You will provide culturally protected, holistic healthcare to Aboriginal people experiencing homelessness in inner city Sydney, operating in an assertive outreach model with a multidisciplinary team.

You will work toward a Certificate IV in Aboriginal Primary Health Care (Practice), with eligibility for AHPRA, and collaborate to improve access to healthcare,
