ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking a Team Leader for the Family Wellbeing Services North to lead frontline staff and drive client-focused outcomes in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
The role emphasizes coaching, in-field mentoring, and data-informed practice to elevate family support and safety.
You will work within a culturally secure framework, coordinating with multiple ATSICHS programs to enable wrap-around care, and you'll influence staff while ensuring quality across service
