Social support, taking people out for a coffee or lunch, or sitting and having a chat and cuppa at home4.
Establish positive relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and understanding their individual needs.5.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions including observations made during visits or shifts6.
Report any changes or concerns regarding the client's health or well-being promptly to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professional.7.
Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations related to social care practices.Qualifications1.
