Job Description

Endeavour Group is seeking a proactive Safety, Health & Wellbeing Lead to partner with our Queensland team. You will embed a culture of care, translate insights into action, and safeguard the health and wellbeing of colleagues across retail and hospitality.

Reporting to the SHW leadership, you will travel to sites, conduct inspections, lead investigations, and drive our safety strategy on the ground.
