You will drive performance, coach reps, strengthen partnerships with hardware/home retailers, and deliver on sales targets and initiatives.In this hands-on leadership role you'll manage merchandising, analyse market trends, train your team, and collaborate with marketing and supply chain to grow market share.
The package includes a company car, laptop, phone and annual bonus.
