Lions Mane Services is a growing landscaping, maintenance, and tree services business based in Brisbane. We work closely with real estates, body corporates, and private clients, and pride ourselves on high standards, clear communication, and quality finishes.

We are primarily looking for an experienced part-time team member who is seeking stability, long-term growth, and a future with the company.

We are also open to considering the right person for a casual position initially, particularly where availability may vary. For the right team member, there is genuine potential for the role to grow from casual or part-time hours into a full time position as the business continues to expand.

This Role Is For You If:

- You already have experience in landscaping, garden maintenance, property maintenance, or similar trade work
- You’re reliable, organised, and take pride in your work
- You want consistent part-time hours and the opportunity to increase your hours over time
- You’re interested in progressing into greater responsibility or potentially a full-time position
- You’re looking for a long-term opportunity rather than short-term or cash-only work

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lawn mowing, edging, and general property maintenance
- Garden tidy-ups, pruning, weeding, and clean-ups




- Supporting landscaping projects where required
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Occasionally taking responsibility for tasks or jobs on site
- Representing the company professionally when dealing with clients and tenants

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in landscaping, garden maintenance, or similar work (essential)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable and able to turn up consistently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow job instructions
- Valid driver’s licence (essential)
