Job Description

And Bar Dining, a current intimate, wine-focused bar dining restaurant opening in Pyrmont, seeks a hands-on Floor/FOH Leader. You will take charge of service delivery, manage reservations and daily bookings, and guide the team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You should be confident discussing wine, recommending bottles, and pairing with dishes, while maintaining high standards of quality and detail. Dinner-only operation and a 5-day schedule.
