About the role As Head of HSE, Quality and Sustainability Australasia, you will provide leadership and strategic advice to Business Unit Managing Directors, senior leaders and key stakeholders, shaping the direction and performance of HSE, Quality and Sustainability across Babcock's Australia and Current Zealand operations.
You will be accountable for the effectiveness of Babcock's HSE, Quality and Sustainability systems, governance and assurance framework, ensuring compliance, operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business.
This is a key functional and pivotal leadership role for Australasia and is core to the success of Babcock.
This role is based in Adelaide, South Australia.
To be successful in this role, you will have: Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain Defence Security Clearance as per AGSVA requirements Tertiary qualification in Safety, Quality and Management disciplines Proven level of experience at a similar level with the ability to coach, influence and enable senior leaders Deep technical understanding of HSE, Quality and Sustainability regulations, governance and assurance Experience operating within a global, complex and highly regulated organisation Exceptional communication,
