Limelight People is seeking experienced Mental Health Nurses for 3-month contracts in Regional Victoria. You will work across acute community mental health, triage and crisis response as part of an established multidisciplinary team.
You will perform telephone triage, comprehensive mental health and risk assessments, crisis intervention and care coordination, supporting consumers with trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care in a quick-paced setting.
