Doshii, backed by x15ventures and CommBank, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to help hospitality venues onboard and operate across the Doshii ecosystem of POS, ordering, delivery, and payments. You will troubleshoot connectivity issues and deliver high-quality support.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering and operations teams to resolve customer issues and improve platform workflows in a quick-paced hospitality tech setting.
