Job Description
Self-Funded Freedom is looking for an experienced Property Investment Consultant to join our team.
You will manage the full client journey — from the initial information session through to the strategy session, property presentation and sale.
This is not a traditional real estate sales role.
You are helping clients solve financial problems through property, which may include helping clients reduce tax, build long-term wealth, pay off their home sooner, and improve their retirement position.
The property is the vehicle.
The real role is understanding the client's situation, identifying the problem, presenting the strategy and showing how the right investment property can form part of the solution.
Key responsibilities
Conduct Information Sessions
Conduct Strategy Sessions
Present suitable Brand CURRENT investment properties
Manage clients through to purchase
Manage clients independently from start to finish
About you
Extensive property investment industry experience
Solid property and finance knowledge
Confident presenting and closing
Recent house & land property investment experience is essential
Property Wealth Advisory experience is essential
