VECRA in Melbourne is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to help establish the people function within this current regulatory organisation.
You will provide practical, trusted advice across HR, L&D; and OH&S;, support the implementation of people processes and programs, and help build workforce capability and culture.
You will work across OH&S; and L&D;, advising managers and employees, contributing to embedding robust governance and people practices, and shaping VECRA's approach as it evolves.
