Job Description

Hiring4Health in Brisbane, Queensland is seeking a Clinical Care Manager to oversee a caseload of 12-18 Child Safety and Disability Support clients, and to provide qualified care management advice to Principals and the care group.

You will develop IPPs, review PBSPs, support guardianship matters, and collaborate with health professionals to create care regimens, with on-site supervision and after-hours rotations.
