- Monday to Thursday AM Shift

Key Responsibilities nn
- Operating extrusion and automated production lines
n
- Running and monitoring injection moulding machinery
n
- Setting up, starting and stopping production equipment
n




- Performing machine and product changeovers
n
- Monitoring machine settings, temperatures and production performance
n
- Troubleshooting minor machine faults and production issues
n
- Conducting quality inspections and product checks
n
- Completing production documentation and reporting
n
- Loading raw materials into machinery
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
n
- Following all safety, quality and production procedures
n

Skills & Requirements nn
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment

- Strong mechanical aptitude
n
- Confidence working with automated machinery
n
- Basic fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
n
- Strong attention to quality and detail
n
- Commitment to workplace safety
n
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
n
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
n
- Reliable transport to Caringbah
n

This position is suited to experienced manufacturing operators who are comfortable working directly with production equipment and understand the importance of maintaining effective and protected production processes.
