Western Sydney Local Health District’s Mount Druitt Hospital Emergency Department seeks a Clinical Nursing Unit Manager to lead clinical care and patient flow in a rapid-paced setting. You will inspire a multidisciplinary team and drive safety, quality and service excellence across the ED journey.

You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate resources, and support performance targets while championing evidence-based practice and professional development in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.
