Based in Cremorne, Melbourne, NBL seeks an Australian legal practitioner to support the Chief Corporate & Governance Officer across governance and commercial workstreams. This six‑month contract is 3 to 4 days per week with an immediate start and direct exposure to board papers.

You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, support the company secretarial function for the NBL Group, and assist with corporate structuring.
