Design, synthesise and grow crystals of inorganic molecular materials that show pressure-responsive physical and electronic properties.
Perform high-pressure single-crystal X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements using synchrotron and SQUID magnetometry facilities.
Lead characterisation using techniques such as electrochemistry, powder diffraction, NMR, EPR and electronic spectroscopy.
Oversee laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, safety compliance, risk assessments, and support for junior researchers.
Publish high-quality research, contribute to funding proposals, and present findings at seminars,
conferences
and public forums.
