Certificate III Early Childhood Educator – Inclusion Support

Spunky Monkeys Early Learning Centre – Penrith NSW

Working alongside the Gorilla room educators, you will help create an inclusive learning environment where every child feels safe, supported and able to participate meaningfully in the program.
n
Key responsibilities
n
Build safe, trusting and respectful relationships with children.
n
Provide individualised support using a strengths-based approach.
n
Support children's participation in play, learning experiences, routines and transitions.
n
Work collaboratively with the Gorilla room team, families and service leaders.
n
Assist with implementing inclusion strategies and individual support plans.
n
Maintain active supervision and uphold child-safe practices.
n
Contribute to an setting where every child feels valued, capable and included.
n
About you
n
Hold at least a completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or a recognised equivalent qualification.
n
Hold a current NSW Working with Children Check.
n
Hold current First Aid,



CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis qualifications.
n
Be patient, calm, dependable and responsive to children's individual needs.
n
Understand positive behaviour guidance and inclusive practices.
n
Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team.
n
Be available to work across Monday to Friday.
n
Previous experience supporting children with additional needs is highly regarded.
