Residential Services Manager - Disability Services Leadership

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide leadership across residential and community services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred supports while maintaining strong operational, financial and compliance outcomes. You will lead a team of Residential Team Leaders and work closely with NDIS Claiming, Corporate Services and Executive Leadership teams.

Key responsibilities
n
Leading and enhancing residential service delivery
n
Driving person-centred approaches and best practice disability support
n
Maximising NDIS funding opportunities and service sustainability
n
Supporting Team Leaders to deliver quality outcomes for participants
n
Leading NDIS Quality and Safeguards compliance activities
n
Managing reportable incidents, restrictive practices oversight and quality improvement initiatives
n
Contributing to organisational strategy and service innovation
n
About you
n
Experience in an NDIS administration, operations or service management role
n
Strong understanding of NDIS funding, line items and service utilisation
n




Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguards requirements
n
Experience managing Team Leaders or equivalent leadership positions within disability services
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
Ability to work autonomously while fostering robust stakeholder relationships
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
Understanding of operational budgeting and financial management (desirable)
n
