Bunnings Warehouse in Newcastle and Hunter Valley area is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and stock control across a high-volume store. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead 50+ direct reports with support from dept managers and supervisors.

You will drive customer service, safety and wellbeing, partner with Commercial Sales and Distribution Centres, and develop strategies for long-term growth.
