Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Compensation Consultant with strong end-to-end implementation experience to design, configure, and support SuccessFactors solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Compensation solutions following best practices.
n
Design and support complex HR business processes and Employee Lifecycle Management.
n
Perform gap analysis, solution design, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
n
Support SuccessFactors bi-annual upgrades and proactively identify improvement prospects.
n
Work with customers to understand current/future-state requirements and provide solution guidance.
n
n
Mandatory Skills & Experience
n
n
6–8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with 4–5+ end-to-end implementations across EC & Compensation.
n
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
n
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay certification.
n
Strong experience in Position Management, Data Models, Events/Event Derivation and RBP.
n




Hands-on experience with MDF Objects, Business Rules and Workflows.
n
Experience with Compensation Route Maps, approval processes, step types, Variable Pay and combined templates.
n
Solid knowledge of custom breakup calculations, Compensation Statements, Rewards & Recognition, Advanced/Ad-hoc Reporting.
n
Experience integrating Employee Central with EC Payroll and other systems, including Integration Center.
n
Good understanding of HR Business Processes and Talent Management.
n
