Retailworld Resourcing is helping a furniture retailer in Western Sydney to recruit an Assistant Store Manager for Campbelltown and Penrith. You will lead on-floor sales, coach a small team, and drive performance across two busy stores.

Ideal candidates will have senior sales experience, a proven ability to meet KPIs, and robust customer relationship skills to deliver a consultative shopping experience. Weekend availability is required.
