Job Description
Not a Trace Bakery in Melbourne is seeking a Site Manager to lead the Not a Trace Bakery site in Mordialloc, ensuring protected, compliant and profitable operation.
You will report to the COO, balance food safety with cost, capacity and people, and drive sustainable performance aligned to the Group's growth objectives.
The role requires robust leadership of a multi-shift team and proven bakery experience.
