Royal Rehab Group is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team in community-based services. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred OT and shape service development to improve participation and independence for clients with complex needs.

As a senior clinician, you will drive clinical leadership, supervise junior staff, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to grow the service while maintaining excellence in care.
