The Role This is a team member role who will work alongside experienced and qualified Team Leaders.

You will contribute to delivering high-quality garden maintenance services while continuing to develop your skills under strong leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

Mowing, edging and general garden maintenance





Assisting with pruning and horticultural care

Maintaining tools and vehicles

Working within a structured daily schedule

Start time is

7:00am

at our Burwood depot, and generally finished by

3:30pm

This is a casual position offering regular Monday-to-Friday work, depending on workload and your availability. It would suit someone looking for reliable weekday hours while maintaining the flexibility of casual employment.

What We're Looking For

Previous garden maintenance experience (2+ years preferred)

Certificate III in Horticulture (preferred but not essential)

Reliable and punctual

Physically capable of outdoor manual work

Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn

Comfortable working within structured systems

Ability to step up and take responsibility when required

Valid driver's licence mandatory
