As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio. This is an opportunity to become part of a high-performing, supportive team where you'll have the tools, systems and people around you to succeed.

Key responsibilities

- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance
- Coordinating repairs and liaising with trades
- Managing lease renewals, applications and tenancy agreements
- Handling arrears and tenancy matters
- Preparing and managing ingoing and outgoing condition reports
- Ensuring properties are managed in accordance with NSW legislation
- Communicating regularly with property owners and providing exceptional service
- General portfolio administration and reporting

About you

- Has previous experience in residential property management
- Has strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
- Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities




- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Is proactive, reliable and takes ownership of their work
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is confident dealing with landlords, tenants and trades
- Is professional, approachable and solutions-focused
- Holds the relevant NSW Property Management qualifications/licence
