The role involves the delivery of building and landscape materials to customers and job sites. We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious driver who takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver building and landscape materials to customers and job sites
- Operate a tipper truck and/or truck-mounted crane
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Ensure deliveries are completed on time and professionally
- Maintain the vehicle and equipment to a high standard
- Work Tuesday to Saturday, with some overtime required
About you
- Minimum MR (Medium Rigid) driver's licence – HR preferred, but not essential
- Current Forklift Licence – essential
- Previous experience operating a truck-mounted crane and/or tip truck
- Experience delivering building, hardware or landscape materials is highly regarded
- Good knowledge of protected loading, unloading and securing of materials
- Reliable, punctual and physically capable
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Stable work with an established business
- Tuesday to Saturday roster
