UnitingCare Queensland on the Gold Coast is seeking an Intake Practitioner to be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and third-party inquiries to the Gold Coast Homelessness Service. You will screen, triage and assess clients, then refer to case management or accommodation services.
The role involves daily drop-in service setup, data capture in SHIP/QHIP, and coordinating access to housing support with a compassionate, client-centred approach.
