Belgrave Heights Christian School (BHCS) in the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria, seeks a Finance & HR Manager (full time) to shape operations and culture with oversight of finance and payroll, HR policies, and compliance. You will manage budgets, reporting, audits, asset registers, insurance, and staff performance processes, working with the Executive Leadership Team. A Bachelor of Commerce and 3+ years in financial leadership are required.
