About The Role This newly created role is a broad,

hands-on

People & Culture position covering the

full HR generalist mix , from day-to-day operations and compliance through to culture, engagement and people development. There are

no direct reports

and

no payroll responsibilities

attached to this role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes

Coordinate performance review cycles

Manage leave and day-to-day HR administration

Support learning and development initiatives

Liaise with external providers on HR-related legal, finance and administrative matters





Support culture and employee engagement initiatives

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders as a trusted HR point of contact

Maintain accurate HR records and system administration

Support broader people-related projects as required

About You

HR generalist or management experience

A self-starter who is methodical, calm and a transparent, direct communicator

A strong relationship-builder across all levels of a business

Resilient, warm and genuinely values a strong workplace culture

Comfortable working autonomously with no direct reports
