Wellways in Mount Isa is seeking a capable leader to drive the day-to-day delivery of Carer Gateway Services from the Mount Isa Carer Hub. You will coach and support Carer Hub Navigators, coordinate local operations, and ensure secure, high-quality, carer-centred outcomes in partnership with the Service Integration Lead.
You will build strong local connections with carers, community organisations, service providers and referral partners to strengthen support networks and reflect local needs.
