What you will do:
n
n
- Oversee sourcing and contracting activities for hotel, transfer, day tour, and experience suppliers across APAC leisure markets
n
- Secure competitive rates, value-adds, and contract terms aligned to customer and brand requirements
n
- Support strategic supplier negotiations, contract escalations, and commercial problem-solving initiatives
n
- Manage supplier relationships and lead performance reviews to strengthen commercial partnerships
n
- Monitor key commercial metrics including Total Contract Margin (TCM), win/direct percentage, production trends, availability, and rate integrity
n
- Provide commercial insights and market intelligence to Revenue Management teams to support pricing and yield strategies
n
- Collaborate with Operations, Distribution, and Technology teams to ensure contracted content is accurately integrated and performing effectively
n
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to support supplier promotions, campaigns, and content quality improvements
n
- Analyse commercial performance data and provide recommendations to procurement leadership and key stakeholders
n
- Ensure contracts meet legal, risk, compliance, ethical, privacy, and governance requirements
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across contracting processes, supplier onboarding, and procurement tools
n
n
What you will need:
n
n
- 2-3 years' experience in hotel procurement, market analysis, or a similar commercial role
n
- Proven experience in competitive analysis and market intelligence
n
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Experience analysing commercial performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities
n
- Experience working with booking platforms such as Helio, Salesforce, HotelHub, and ideally Gimmonix
n
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing, margins, and competitive positioning
n
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making capability
n
- Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
n
- Ability to work across multiple systems and quickly learn new platforms
n
- Wholesale, retail, or travel industry experience preferred
n
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Hospitality, or a related field desirable
n
