Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned role, volunteers may assist with:

- Event Setup &
- Pack Down o Assisting with setting up marquees, signage, registration areas, and event spaces o Supporting pack down and ensuring all equipment is safely stored and accounted for
- Participant Support &
- Engagement o Welcoming participants and providing a friendly first point of contact o Assisting with event registration and check-in o Helping create a positive, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere
- Course &
- Event Activities o Acting as a course marshal to guide participants and ensure safety along the route o Handing out water and supporting participants during the walk o Assisting with crowd flow and general event coordination
- Fundraising &




- Merchandise o Supporting merchandise sales and handling stock o Assisting with donations and basic cash handling (where required)
