Job Description
Sarina Russo Group is seeking a compassionate Parent Mentor for the Fairfield team on a full-time basis.
You will mentor parents one-on-one, facilitate workshops, and create a welcoming learning setting to help families pursue employment or education goals.
The ideal candidate has lived parenting experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to inclusivity.
A Certificate III+ or higher in related fields is preferred; Working with Children Check is required or willing to obtain
