As a Casual Educator, you will:

Collaborate with and support the team in delivering our educational programs.

Maintain a safe, secure, and stimulating environment at all times.

Uphold our commitment to child safety and wellbeing in every aspect of your work.

Provide quality care and education for the children in our service.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with both children, families and colleagues.

All applicants must demonstrate a strong understanding of child protection practices and be committed to safeguarding children from harm. Successful candidates will be required to:

Hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Adhere to our Child Safety Code of Conduct

Participate in ongoing child safety training and reporting procedures

Requirements:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)

Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR, and Asthma training.

Current Working with Children Check.

Knowledge of National Quality Standards, EYLF, and Education and Care Services National Legislation.

Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of families and early childhood professionals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A creative and dynamic personality with a passion for early childhood education.

A team player who values and respects children at all developmental stages.

Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in early childhood education.
