Sales Associate / Experienced Residential Sales Agent

First National Chester Hill is seeking a motivated Sales Associate or experienced Residential Sales Agent to join our successful team.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Generate new business through daily prospecting, calls, door knocking, networking and database work
n
- Manage buyers from initial enquiry through to sale
n
- Conduct buyer callbacks and consistent follow-up
n
- Invite buyers to new listings and open homes
n
- Conduct and assist with open homes
n
- Follow up every buyer after inspections
n
- Service the lead agent's listings and vendors
n
- Manage buyers throughout auction campaigns
n
- Assist with negotiations and sales
n
- Manage the contract-to-settlement period
n
- Conduct property appraisals and assist with securing new listings
n
- Identify appraisal and listing opportunities
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and referral clients
n
- Maintain and develop the agency database
n
- Coordinate and assist with property marketing campaigns
n
- Work closely with our Sales Manager and established sales team to achieve individual and team targets
n
- Support the day-to-day operation of the sales team
n

What We're Looking For

We are open to both Sales Associates and experienced Sales Agents.

Sales Associate

n

n
- Motivated and eager to build a long-term career in real estate
n
- Strong communication and people skills
n
- Proactive and willing to learn
n
- Confident speaking with buyers and vendors
n
- Strong computer skills
n
- Previous real estate experience is preferred but not essential
n

n

Experienced Sales Agent

n

n




- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential real estate sales
n
- Proven ability to list and sell residential property
n
- Experience conducting property appraisals and listing presentations
n
- Robust understanding of contracts, sales processes and property marketing
n
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
n
- Self-motivated with strong business development and lead generation skills
n
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
n

Essential Requirements

n

- Current NSW Real Estate Licence or certificate
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Strong computer skills
n
- Living within reasonable proximity to Chester Hill is preferred
n

n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), Vietnamese or Arabic would be a significant advantage due to our local client base.
n
