BounceINC is seeking a Cafe Team Leader to drive the café operation across our venue in Melbourne. You’ll lead from the front, energise your team, uphold service standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience with outstanding coffee and food.

You'll coach and develop cafe hosts, manage busy periods, support stock and waste control, and ensure food safety and compliance. Availability Thu–Mon, including Friday evenings, is required.
