What you'll be doing
n
n
TIG & MIG welding stainless steel components
n
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
n
Operating grinders, weld prep tools, and fabrication equipment
n
Inspecting welds and maintaining high-quality standards
n
Working independently and as part of a collaborative team
n
Learning CNC and laser processes on the job
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Experience in TIG/MIG welding (stainless preferred)
n
Trade-qualified sheetmetal fabricator (preferred)
n
Confident using fabrication tools
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Ability to read drawings
n
Safety-conscious and reliable
n
Someone who wants to grow, learn, and be part of a team
