You will coordinate workplace injury management and return-to-work programs, partnering with employees, managers, healthcare providers, rehabilitation specialists and insurers to ensure protected, timely outcomes.
You will drive tailored return-to-work plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with workers' compensation and WHS legislation while maintaining thorough case records and reporting
