Job Description
Bailey Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Castle Towers store.
You will lead the team two days a week, partner with the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless eye test to frame dispensing journey, and drive performance while ensuring excellent customer experiences.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong retail/optics background, and availability for a full time Sunday-Thursday roster.
