WA Country Health Service seeks a dedicated qualified to collaborate with Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations and local communities to advance health promotion initiatives and improve access to services.

You will work with diverse stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate behaviour change activities, ensuring culturally appropriate, community-led approaches are at the forefront of programs. A current C Class Driver's Licence is required.
