You’ll become an integral part of the client environment, managing a varied range of VIP and corporate travel requirements while delivering the exceptional, personalised service expected from a dedicated account.
With interesting itineraries, high-profile travellers and group movements to coordinate, this is a fantastic chance for an experienced consultant who enjoys building solid relationships and taking genuine ownership of their clients’ travel.
The Role:
Manage end-to-end domestic and international corporate travel arrangements
Provide a highly personalised, VIP level of service
Coordinate individual and group travel requirements
Manage complex itineraries, airfares, ticketing and changes
Build strong relationships with travellers and key stakeholders
Work as part of a dedicated account team within the client’s Melbourne CBD office

What We’re Looking For:
Previous corporate travel consulting experience
Group travel experience is essential
Confident ticketing and airfare knowledge
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex travel requirements
A polished, professional approach with exceptional customer service skills
Someone who thrives in a high-touch, relationship-focused workplace
What’s On Offer:
