A growing commercial builder is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its NSW delivery team following a strong influx of newly secured projects.
Your first project will be the delivery of a circa $10M new-build Ambulance Station, where you'll join an established project team and take responsibility for the project through construction and handover.

The business delivers a varied portfolio of new-build, refurbishment and fit-out projects, with a growing pipeline across government, emergency services, education, healthcare and commercial sectors.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of project delivery, working closely with the Construction Manager and established site/project team.

Responsibilities will include:

- Full project delivery from construction through to handover
- Programme, cost and commercial management
- Management of subcontractors and procurement
- Client, consultant and stakeholder management
- Design coordination and buildability
- Managing programme, quality, safety and project reporting
- Leading and supporting the wider project team
- Utilising Procore for project management and documentation

About You

- Minimum 5 years’ construction experience




- New-build construction experience is essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar
- Experience delivering projects for a commercial builder/head contractor
- Strong understanding of contracts, programme and commercial management
- Procore experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and leadership skills

I'm open to speaking with established Project Managers, newly promoted Senior Project Managers, or experienced Contract Administrators ready to step into their first Project Manager position.
