We are looking for an experienced Chef or Cook to join our kitchen team in St Lucia.

We are looking for someone who is confident in a busy cafe kitchen, can work independently when required and, most importantly, can deliver a strong and consistent breakfast service.

Experience matters to us, but we care just as much about finding someone who is reliable, organised and takes pride in the food they send out.

The role includes:

- Cooking and running a busy breakfast section
- Eggs, breakfast dishes and cafe-style service
- Preparing and cooking pasta dishes
- Pizza preparation and cooking where required
- Preparing ingredients and completing daily prep
- Maintaining quality and consistency during service
- Keeping your section organised and clean
- Working closely with the kitchen and front of house team
- Following food safety and kitchen procedures

About you:

- Solid experience in a cafe or restaurant kitchen
- Confident running breakfast service




- Able to cook eggs consistently and handle multiple orders at once
- Experience preparing and cooking pasta
- Pizza experience is highly regarded
- Able to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Organised and clean
- Able to work independently when needed
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable in a fast-paced service

Formal qualifications are welcome, but practical kitchen experience and ability are more important to us.
