About Us

SF Fabrications is a busy sheet metal fabrication business based in Molendinar. Due to continued growth and a strong workload, we are looking for an additional team member to join our team of 12.

About the Role

This is a hands-on and varied position where your tasks will include:

- Loading and delivering items to job sites

- Picking up materials from suppliers

- Monitoring and checking incoming material deliveries

- Managing powder coat drop-offs and pick-ups

- Keeping the workshop clean, organised and tidy

- Assisting the factory team as required, including electropolishing, finishing and packaging completed jobs

- Operating workshop equipment, including the press brake, guillotine and saw

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A current driver’s licence and confidence driving a small light truck

- A current forklift licence

- Your own reliable transport to get to work for 6:30am starts

- A positive attitude,



reliability and good presentation

- The ability to multitask, prioritise work and keep track of ongoing tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently without frequent reminders

- The ability to undertake lifting and physical labour as part of the role

- Experience in fabrication or sheet metal is preferred but not essential

What We Offer

This position will initially be offered as a casual contract for the remainder of 2026, working full-time hours.

There is the possibility for the role to continue into permanent full-time employment for the right person.

Hours:

- Monday – Thursday: 6:30am to 3:00pm

- Friday: 7:00am to 1:00pm

- Occasional earlier starts may be required

- Monthly team activities / lunches

We are looking for someone who can commence as soon as possible.
