Your dream role awaits:

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team. We offer the flexibility to accommodate clinicians with an interest in a mixed caseload, paediatric, adolescent or adult clients.

Joining our team means working within a highly experienced clinical environment. Our management team is committed to supporting your clinical and professional development.

Your clinical scope will include:

- Direct Intervention: Therapy and capacity building tailored to individual goals.

- Assessments.

- Assistive Technology: Assessment and prescription of AT and specialised equipment.

- Diverse Caseload: Supporting a broad range of physical and psychosocial disabilities.

- You'll have a caseload of 25.5 billable hours per week.

Measurement and reporting:





This role provides an opportunity to work closely with clients and their families, carers and other professionals

- Initial Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) goal setting meeting.

- Peer review & feedback.

- Management / Operational meetings.

- Clinical Supervision.

- Client feedback and satisfaction.

- Annual Performance Review - Performance reviews are completed to ensure Posity can support staff to meet their own learning and development objectives.

Requirements

To apply for the role, you will need to have or be able to obtain the following:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications.

- Candidates must hold either a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or Masters of Occupational Therapy qualification.

- Current AHPRA registration must be held before submitting your application.

- Working with Children Check (WWCC).

- Police Check.

- Drivers licence & access to a reliable vehicle.

- Comprehensive Car insurance.
