About the Role
Join the Belair Turf team as a Turf Maintenance Operator! We're seeking motivated individuals with experience or qualifications in turf management, who can contribute across both our Maintenance team.

This role involves working on a diverse range of sites including golf courses and council ovals. You will be actively involved in turf renovations, Maintenance of high-quality turf surfaces and turf laying works. Experience in areas such as turf establishment, topdressing, aeration, fertilizing and general turf care will be highly regarded.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering works across Council contracts and large-scale construction projects, with exposure to premium sports fields and golf course environments.

What We’re Looking For

- Genuine interest in turf maintenance and/or sports grounds

- Good level of physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various conditions

- Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic attitude

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- MR truck license (or interested in obtaining)
