About the role

Join Life Without Barriers as our Digital Engagement Manager and lead how we show up and engage in the digital world, how we use technology to share stories, create connections, inspire action, influence reform and build trust. This is an opportunity to be a part of how together we shape one of Australia's most trusted social-purpose organisations and how we use our digital ecosystem to engage with people, partners and communities and bring our purpose to life through compelling digital experiences. This is a permanent full time opportunity that can be based anywhere on the East Coast with flexibility to work from home and one of our local offices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and evolve Life Without Barriers' digital engagement strategy to strengthen connection, trust and impact.
- Oversee and optimise our digital ecosystem, including websites, social media channels and digital content platforms.
- Create and deliver compelling storytelling, campaigns and content that engage diverse audiences and inspire action.
- Use audience insights, data, analytics and emerging trends to enhance digital performance and engagement.
- Provide expert advice on digital innovation, opportunities, risks, governance,



accessibility and best practice.
- Partner across the organisation to support community engagement, service innovation and advocacy through effective digital channels.

Skills & Experience

- Strategic thinker who understands that digital isn't just about channels, i's about connection, influence and creating meaningful engagement.
- Significant experience leading digital engagement, digital platforms or digital communications.
- Expertise in website management, content strategy and social media leadership.
- Strong storytelling skills and an ability to tailor content for different audiences.
- Experience using analytics and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
- A solid understanding of SEO, accessibility, governance and emerging digital trends.
- A passion for using digital engagement as a force for positive social change.
